How much is shipping?
Within Australia, standard shipping is $9.99, and free on orders of $120 or more. The cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, with Australia Post or a courier, and every order comes with tracking. Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days. We don't offer express shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within Australia only.
What if my parcel goes to the wrong address?
Please check your shipping address carefully before you order. Orders sent to an incorrect address, or that need to be re-sent, are re-shipped at the customer's cost.
Returns and refunds
Can I return or exchange something if I change my mind?
We don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
My item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. What do I do?
Email us at hello@victorialondon.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We'll let you know whether a repair, replacement or refund applies.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. If you haven't received it within 10 business days of approval, please get in touch.

Products
How do I look after my jewellery?
Store each piece on its own in its pouch or box so it doesn't scratch or tangle. Put jewellery on after perfume, hairspray and makeup, and take it off before swimming, showering or exercise.
Where can I find ingredients for beauty and skincare products?
Ingredients are listed under the Ingredients tab on the product page. If a product doesn't show them yet, email us and we'll send the full list.
