Shipping policy

Delivery within Australia

We currently ship within Australia only. Standard shipping is $9.99, and free on orders of $120 or more.

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier service and come with tracking. Once dispatched, orders within Australia usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

The shipping cost for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Timeframes

Delivery estimates are given to us by the courier and may vary depending on location. We do not offer express shipping.

Shipping address

The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate. Any orders that have been shipped to the wrong address, lost or needing to be re-shipped will be repacked and shipped at the customer's expense.

Stolen parcels

It is the customer's responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Victoria London is not liable for stolen or missing parcels once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.
